Do you need a rental application for one of our properties? We require that you fill out and submit your application using TAA form(s). You can download the form here:

If you will need a co-signer, like a parent, please download and submit the TAA Guaranty form with your application:

When you are finished completing the form(s), you can bring them to our office or fax them to 458-1564.

If you have an emergency please call 512-458-6415 to speak with a property manager OR 9-1-1 for life threatening emergencies.
